A month-long training program that doesn’t include monthly follow up
A detailed and intensive training program that will help you lose weight, get toned and love your body. The program can be performed in the comfort of your living room, or at the gym (depending on your goals). You also have the option of adding close accompaniment, where you will be able to send me videos of you preforming the exercises and I will provide corrections. This will ensure that you are preforming the exercise correctly, preventing injury and maximizing results.
